What time does the school day begin and end? School begins at 8:00 a.m., and dismissal is at 3:15 p.m.
Are classes held every day of the week? Yes, classes are held daily, Monday through Friday for students in grades 1-8. **Kindergarten meets only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Do the children wear uniforms? Yes, children wear uniforms.
What is the student/teacher ratio? The average student/teacher ratio is 12/1.
Do the students attend Mass during the school day? Yes, students attend Mass everyday but Wednesday.
How old must a child be to enroll in Kindergarten? Students must be 5 years old by August 31st, to enroll in kindergarten.
Is there a Hot Lunch program? No, a hot lunch program is not provided. Students pack their own lunch from home.
Is there a bus service? No, St. Mary’s is unable to provide transportation or bus service. Parents drive their own students, or arrange for car pools.
Is religious instruction part of the normal curriculum? Yes, religious instruction is part of daily classroom instruction. In addition, religious celebrations and observances are a regular part of school life at St. Mary’s.
